Recipe – snack

On my diet, I have been good about refraining from junk, bread, and fast food. Every so often, I crave sweets. This recipe I have found to satisfy my craving, thanks to Nicki Fraser.

1 serving size of dried, sweetened cranberries
1.5 serving sizes of salted almonds
1 handful of spinach

Optional water, green tea, or orange juice to quench thirst.
